About Pallavi

I work in a gentle, client-centered way, where you don’t have to “have it all figured out” before you begin. Together, we slow things down, make sense of your experiences, and create a space where all parts of you feel seen and heard. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps us understand and work with the different parts within you—especially those that may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or protective. I also integrate mindfulness and insights from Applied Buddhist Psychology, bringing in awareness, compassion, and a deeper sense of acceptance into the process. My work includes a strong focus on the mind-body connection. Through my training in Somatic Experiencing (California), I support you in noticing how stress and trauma may be held in the body, and gently guide you toward release, regulation, and a sense of safety within yourself. For couples, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), where I help partners understand each other beyond surface-level conflict—working toward emotional safety, deeper connection, and more secure, fulfilling relationships. Above all, therapy with me is a space where you can come as you are—without judgment, without pressure. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking clarity, we’ll work together at your pace, helping you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and truly your own.
